I was wondering if there's somewhere we can report live chat GMs who don't listen to the customers talking with them and try offering irrelevant solutions? Like they're not properly doing their jobs and try to keep you in the live chat for as long as possible. Do they get paid more if the chats are longer or something?
Ohh ohh, I just complained to a GM and he said "everything's fine, it must be you, try logging in again".
Seriously why are they so stupid? EDIT: I just realized that this is the same GM from the live chat that has irritated me numerous times in the past. I'm making a note to cut the connection if I ever get him again.
