Level: 100 but bug has persisted since level 60.
When you speak to Dr. Kim for Go! Go! M-Force and request "Teach me the M-Force skills.", select either Ultra Beam or Mesotron-X, you will gain access to these abilities for a short period of time. Without condition, a chat message will appear reading "Ulta Beam/Mesotron-X has dissappeared as the time limit has passed" and the ability will be removed from the skill window and must be retaught by Dr. Kim. When timing it, I got 60 secs (1 min) between being taught the skill and the skill expiring. This occurs regardless if the ability has been used or not or any regard for the cooldown.
Please let me know if this is intended but to my understanding I have not seen anyone else with this issue. Will continue to test.
