Hello!agreed. "obviously" its not their fault, its never nexon's fault because they never really value their players at all especially in global server. In kms, atleast they "try" to fix the source of the problems.
The lag in Reboot World is horrible, and as an old player (Been playing for 11 years) I must say I get the feeling as a playing customer, that Nexon isn't even going to do anything about it. At least make an announcement on your website that you're working on it, or any kind of detailed information. I spoke to Live Support yesterday and they claimed it's my computer and not the server (You should hire professional people instead of people who don' t know what they're talking about.), but it's not, 90% of the community can't play at all during 2x Events and we're making less EXP then we do on 1x.
I get a feeling that you (Nexon) is just going to do nothing about this lag, and you're just waiting for 50% of the population to quit so you don't have to spend any money on upgrading your servers. And in my world, that's really cheap of a big company to do such things. Other game companies would have fixed this immediately. (Just look at Blizzard who upgraded their servers the first day we had massive lag after a patch and a bunch of people came back, that's being professional, you should learn from them.)
