Brief bug summary: At Normal Horntail. character gets randomly teleported to bugged map.

I experienced the same problem on my Kinesis character 3 times. I've had it happen twice today during the 2xp event and once a few days ago during non 2x event. I would enter normal horntail and on the first map I would be attacking it and it goes into a cancel magic attack state and I would be waiting for it to go away but left my drain skill on it, and then it would randomly teleport me to another map before I'm able to even finish killing the 1st head. This map looks like a chaos horntail map of the 2nd head. When I get teleported to this map, no head would spawn on 2 occasions, and on occasion another a head actually did spawn which I killed. In either cases, I cannot use the portal to go thru to the next map and I am forced to exit the dungeon losing my chance at getting experience.
I'm not sure if it's specific to a certain skill or class, but I've not had this happen on my other characters.
