Brief bug summary:
The "Frozen Orb" skill from Ice & Lightning Mages does not damage monsters when cast -- the orb just floats right past them and disappears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Cast Frozen Orb while facing mobs.
2. It won't damage anything.

This is caused by memory corruption from your computer, do a full shutdown if your computer to fix it. https://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/ (also work for window 10)

Normal shutdown (using the computer power/restart button, start window shutdown/restart/power off button, ) do not clear out the corrupted memory causing this (to help computer reboot faster, a copy of everything in memory is saved and reloaded when the computer reboot), a full shutdown will force window to reboot without loading the copy of the memory that contain the corrupted portion that making Maple Story to do weird things.
