Do a full shutdown on your computer to fix it, http://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot, (normal shutdown or restarting will not clear away the memory issue that is causing this bug)

Windows 8 and some other operating systems use a "hybrid shutdown". What this does is turns off most programs but leaves the computer online to an extent, as if it's asleep. This allows Windows 8 and up OS's to perform faster startups (as the main startup programs don't have to be reinitialized), however this can also cause some corruption issues in certain parts of the data. The same is true if you don't regularly shut down your computer at all (I.E. leaving the computer on all the time is bad for it, you should shut down regularly to avoid issues with data corruption and such).
A full-shutdown shuts down all processes on the computer. This results in a slightly longer boot time (in the realm of a few seconds or less), but can often clear any corruptions in the data.

To perform a full-shutdown, simply close all open windows, open the Command Prompt program (press the Windows key and the R key at the same time, then type in "cmd" and press enter), and type "shutdown /s" and press enter.
Your computer will then turn off shortly. After the computer is off, wait some time (10 seconds or so), and turn it on again.
