    Ban appeals should be 1 on 1 with a support/live chat. Otherwise it can turn into a circlejerk, like recent events have occurred on reddit.

    Which is why the Ban Appeal section in the old forums was made private, so nobody else could see who was appealing and what answers they got.

    Maybe Vanilla (our new forum software) doesn't have that option.

    There was never really a need for the Ban Appeals section since they just get directed to their ticket, and no one was following the posting guidelines.

    I used to look at it when something like a Massive ban happened and everyone could see it for the amount of petitions. But yaa, is not really THAT important.
