Hayato's 4th job skill Hitokiri Strike buff Bug

after using Hitokiri Strike, it giveing a buff that supposed to give 40 critical rate but it do nothing.
i'm using both Hitokiri Strike hyper skills

    The critical buff is applied to your attack, just not shown in the stat window (if you have 60% crit without the buff, you'll be at 100% crit rate when you attack monster with the buff)
