    what stops them from using the auction house exactly?

    It wont stop them completely, but it would hinder them. We can take back control, by refusing to buy goods at a certain capped price that we set, like no higher than 1 bill or 500mill. We have the chance to force supply to change, by controlling the price of the demand.
