Kaiser Color Change Coupons

So I bought two Kaiser color change coupons (both for Main armor) and used one on my Kaiser. I got a really ugly green color, so I use the next one. My Color didn't change. Its still ugly green.

    Day 2: Bought another coupon on my Kaiser. Its still the same color after using the coupon. T^T Why Nexon.

    Not a bug as it is possible to get the same colors in a row in the past (also applies to random face/eye change).

    its not just bad rng the coupon legitimately does not work at times.

    Have someone else watches if your armor changes color on their screen in case your graphic card has issue and is unable to display the new color on your screen.

    Also confirm by taking a screen shot and put it in paint. Using the color picker tool to take color sample of the armor and press the edit color to see where it ended up.
