Breath of Divinity not working with TransferHammer

Brief bug summary:
Can't use transfer hammer on breath of divinity
More details:
As you can see in the picture i got both superior gollux ring and breath of divinity equipped but it only gives me the option to transfrer hammer onto my superior gollux ring

Steps to reproduce:
Get a lvl 140 ring and a breath of divinity and it won't show the breath of divinity if you try to transfer hammer it

    Could be because it's a TMS Item ( maybe you can't transfer hammer stats onto the ring in TMS as well ? )

    This could be either : intentional or a bug in both tms and gms, or just in gms.

    Probably falls under #7 due to the ring granting a skill.
