Burninator Issue

So I claimed the Burninator on my Kanna to get it to 150 but d/c'd shortly after creating the character and I didn't wanna wait until the maintenance to level it, so I just leveled it myself without Burning. Can I get another for a new character since I wasn't able to even use it? Also wasn't aware of the problem before hand.

    Nope, the memo states an extension of time, not a replacement. I asked this a couple days ago, since I did the same with my Cannoneer.
