Erda Cape lacking front part

Brief bug summary: The Erda Cape cash equipment cover is missing its front part.

More details:
The Erda Cape is part of the Erda Set currently on sale in the Cash Shop.

As can be seen here, the cape has a front part that looks somewhat like a scarf.

However, when the cape is equipped, the front part is not visible.

(shown here without the other parts of the set, to demonstrate that it is not an issue of the overall or hood obscuring the cape's front somehow).


It should also be noted that the original contest entry on which this cape is based showed a very visible front to the cape, as it is meant to copy the capes worn by Sad Erda monsters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Acquire Erda Set from Cash Shop and transfer the items to in-game inventory.
2. Exit cash shop and equip the cape from the set.
