I recently came back to Maplestory after a long hiatus, however I am unable to access/log-in to any of my accounts.
Every account that I try to log into via the website gives me a pop-up message that tells me that suspicious activity has been detected on my account, and that I will need to create a new password and reactivate my account. I get this message for all of my old Nexon ID's.
This is all fine, and I receive the password change request in my email, and I get a "Success" message upon doing so. However, when I attempt to log-in via the website again, the new password does is stated as invalid. So I try the old password again, and once again I get the same "suspicious activity... please change your password and reactivate" message.
When I attempt to log-in via the game launcher, all passwords that I can ever think to try are stated as invalid. I tried clicking the "Forgot your password?" link in the game launcher, which then sent me a pin number to enter into the password-change window. However, the craziest thing is that when I tried entering in one of my typical passwords, it actually told me that it is the same as the one that is currently linked to my account, the same one that the game launcher told me was invalid.
So, I tried creating a new Nexon ID for the moment to reach out on the forums for help; but I once again received a message telling me that the password to the new Nexon ID that I had just created 3 minutes prior was invalid!
Finally, I was able to sign in using Google/Gmail, which is what I am currently using to post this thread.
It seems as if I may be running into an error in the log-in system, but it seems that I am the only one experiencing this error, as I haven't seen any other threads reporting this issue. I am actually completely unable to access any of my accounts, even new ones that I create due to an invalid password statement that is inaccurate.
Sorry this is so lengthy; but if anyone could help me out I would very much appreciate it.
Also yes, I have checked if Caps Lock was on, and I have tried multiple different browsers. Nothing seems to help my situation.

- Turn off adblock for your browsers for nexon.net and nexon.com
- Make sure your language settings are for English-USA
If that still doesn't help, please contact Customer Support, by creating a request (ticket) at http://support-maplestory.nexon.net
If you log in to the support site (using your google account) you should also be able to Live Chat with them during certain hours (listed on the support site).
