Evan missing quest "Maple Alliance" a

Doing Evan storyline quests should have lead you to maple alliance quest, but somehow after finishing the pres I dont get the quest. Any solutions?

Just to make sure we're clear , my Evan is in Chaos and made out of the mega burning effect if it matters .

    Have you gotten through the parts where he gets duped into doing some work for the black wings? I don't remember specifically what point you get the alliance passive+medal, but I know it was past that point.

    The alliance quest will appear after you try to take revenge on the Black Wing in Edelstein and the resistance has to wisk you away for your safety.
