Allow ALL Exp / Drop buffs to persist upon dc

Some exp coupons last when your client inevidably crash while playing Maple, however MVP Buffs do not. This should be changed so that they remain a buff upon disconnecting which would improve the quality of life of training.

    Mvp legion and wealth and exp pots dont, which is frustrating as hell, specially when because of lag it pops the gm telling u uve been disconnected cuz of hack reason
