Bug type: Skill Usage

Brief bug summary: Upon using beast tamer's bear trumpet skill, the animation goes off and skill goes on cooldown but nothing is placed on the ground.

More details: At first glance, this bug may look like an issue with ping/lag. However, many other players I've talked to also encountered this same problem. When training, I noticed this happens once every 1-3 minutes with MPE Green Pot/DSI/Meow Gold Card and also only after double jumping/landing. To confirm, I recorded a video showing what the bug looks like twice in a row.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Double jump
2. Use Bear Trumpet within the second you land
3. Press/Hold arrow key
