Anyone having this same problem?
It seems the issue is similar to v210's Basic Mission: Sea Assault(where almost nobody participated after it was fixed two weeks later).
The coin capping will be slower due to bad luck in rng dice-minigame and limited amount of attempts to mmf.
Hopefully this gets fixed during the maintenance.

Brief Summary:
Talk to Hero Bazzi about a new minigame, talk to him again for entering a lobby.
NPC tells that for some reason you can't be moved there.
