Dual Blade Training Book not working?

When I click on Training book for dual blade (bought it from Taeha) It show me message of the skills which i need to train. when I click on the skill, it doesn't work at all.

    Not sure if it still a requirement for Dual Blade (few months ago, SP requirement to use mastery book were removed for 4th job), but you mat need to have 5 SP in the skill before using it.
