Beast Tamer Non-Extended Skill Window Bugged

Summary: When adding skill points to Beast Tamer for skills that require scrolling through the basic page, it adds to skills above the intended skill (location wise) dependent on the number of times scrolled. It seems like the extended skill tree scrolling was applied to the basic skill page.

Steps to reproduce: Reset skills. Level the first 3 skills from the cat tree. Using mouse wheel, scroll once. Try to level the next skill and you will see the level popup is incorrect.

Additional Note: You can currently circumvent this by opening the extended skill tree as that works properly.

This issue is listed under our Known Issues section of the v214 Patch Notes.

[Updated June 11] Beast Tamer's Skill Points cannot be added on certain skills when player scrolls down the Skill UI. Please use the expanded view of Beast Tamer skills as a workaround.
