Vanishing Journey PQ Spawn

So I entered vanishing journey PQ today, and the spawn rate of the mobs during the first phase went crazy. The mobs constantly kept spawning as if the map was frenzied. Has anyone else ran into this bug?

    Effect of frenzy last 10 minutes even if the user leaves.
    You went into the map that the frenzy user was using before the effect expired.
