Near constant disconnects and unstable servers

I keep on getting the same issue over and over again and have been for the past two days. I go to log in to the game and the game crashes on the load screen, shortly after I log into the game, or when changing channel. Please help.

    stop logging back in. if they autoban you for "suspicious activity" , you will have to wait longer than the loading screen to get back to your account. wait it out.
