Hi guys, i just got into my old account to see my lvl 120 (aprox) Kaiser and instead i got this message: All characters on this account have been removed from the queue for deletion.
And the account is empty! what happened? im going to get my characters back?

    Only characters under lv 35 were deleted in the character purge.
    Majority of returning players that ask where their characters are usually logged on to the wrong account.
