MARVEL COUPON VAULT EMPTY

So I know I have some Marvel that is set to expire next month. I went to check it and my Marvel Coupon Vault is empty. I cannot access anything, not even the stuff that was cleared out before 09/26/2019. Where did all my stuff go Nexon?

    this happened to me a few weeks ago. I submitted a ticket and they said nothing was wrong on their end and to clear my cache or try a different browser [lol]
    I tried again a few days later on the same browser [without clearing my cache or anything] and everything was working again.
    I also heard a few others having this problem
