"This item is unavailable to pick-up" chaos zakum

Chaos Zakum Helmet drop on the floor but when try to pick it up only got message "This item is unavailable to pick-up."

so i just solo chaos Zakum 5min ago, when finish and loots drop on the floor, i can pick up everything except the helmet.

    The message show up when you try to pick up an item with the tag "One-of-a-kind-item".
    You cannot have more than 1 of that item in your inventory. So you must drop the current chaos zakum helmet you have before you can pick up another.
