i'am maybe no longer brand new..but still fairly new
18 months gameplay isn't anywhere you or most players :S
flames prices i suggested are still 10X better than current NX pricing XD

i didn't have access to mass decent crystal of value for very long you know...i had to set up all those boss mules first which took about 14 months
and no i can,t rly buy much flames out of the legion NPC, my current legion power is at 697 Million
Veterans probably have around 3-4 Million legion power...much greater than i have

like look...new players arlready have it better than when i started
mass extreme potions hand out now, 2X M-Park Exp
and in 6 months they be fed 20 whopping potion getting them from 1 to 200 right away
i didn't have access to all of that when i started up...i didn't get launch up, i had to struggle my way trough
and i'am way far behind veterans in progress

Red Flames are too expensive for new players, more worth to invest in 17 starring gear...so i think a serious drop in prices for those should occur
especially considering the odds of a bad roll...but i'am of the opposite oppinion for eternal & black
Tier 3-6 rolls > tier 1-5 rolls
red flame can easily land on 5 different tier so easier to get awful(1-2-3-4-5)
while eternal flames can only land on 4 different tier(3-4-5-6)
lastly the new 1(Abyss flames) can only land on 3 different tiers(5-6-7) making the rolls more consistent
no pointing at that 1% chance roll, doesn't really count as a tier that can be viably be lent on

well i be out of this thread, just know that i'am not trying to punish new players(less than 3 months gameplay), i just dont think they should get get 3-5X the value than when i started just yet, it feel way too early to give them a massive catch up

Red and Rainbow flames can hit the same highs, Rainbow/Black flames can just have a larger total score when you add up the stat values together, so that is how they can hit a higher ceiling.

But in a single stat value, red/rainbow/black flames can all hit the same cap.

This is false. Red cannot hit tier 7 flames, only up to tier 6.
Rainbow/Black flames also have a higher chance at hitting those higher numbers as you point out.
Reds have a small chance at hitting tier 6 just as Rainbows have a small chance at hitting tier 7.
