Flames glitched

After using 46/150 Black Rebirth Flames received from the current event there was a glitch where the animation was displayed on screen but stats didn't roll. After that I'm unable to use any flame on the same character. I tested and it still works on other characters on same account though. However my main character is glitched. Heeeeelp!
