Black screen crashed as soon as I entered the map.
Now just hangs on black screen at every login attempt.

    Though I am sorry that I could not assist you sooner, I am here to check on the status of your character.
    As we have already gone through a few maintenance periods, your character should have been moved or able to get directed out of the affected area.
    If you are still experiencing difficulties please submit a ticket through our customer service portal so we can further investigate the issue.
