My second day box just timed out, so RIP those rewards, my third box times out after the next reset, and I'm about to claim my fourth day 180-min box. STILL can't open them at all. I have a ticket pending, but no responses.
Welp.. I got an answer. Bog-standard copy pasta robot message.

This is just nuts, work so hard, takes so much time and doesn't even freaking work. My time is worth something nexon, even if you feel it isn't! (and by your lack of action or compensation that's exactly what you're saying to me) and no you don't need days upon days to figure something out, as soon as this became a known issue the quest was broken, you should have let the players know and taken the quest OUT. Letting your players waste 180 mins every day for nothing is beyond incompetence even for you. Not doing any of the quest anymore, I don't believe they'll do anything but let time pass until everyone forgets about it. You don't have to wonder why ppl are walking away from this game.

Happened again, second day in the row. The npc dialogue opens, but I can't claim my rewards. I have enough space in my inventory. That's 400 reward points, 2 cubes and 2 circulators that I lost. Quite important to me, with my terrible luck to inner ability. I hope I am compensated.
