Brief bug summary: Orbital flame is not hitting mobs and blazing extinction isn't attacking mobs

More details: normally orbital flame would lag a little bit but would hit, now the animation is smooth with the fire balls back to back but they phase through mobs and Blazing extinction acts like there are no mobs around. I have reset'd my sp points, shutdown my computer and re-installed the game and i'm still having this problem. All other skills are working fine, and my other characters are not having this issue.

Character level: 186

Character job: Blaze Wizard

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Dec , 2016 between 2100-2300 est

You need to do a full shutdown of your computer (normal shutdown does not clear the corrupted memory), by following the instructions here: http://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/

Thank you for the help, didn't know this problem came with a package , some of the other stuff I thought was going to get fixed automaticly if i waited, glad i said something.
