[Solved] Bowman Arrow Blaster doesn't hit anything

I've been trying to use arrow blaster on my Ranger and it doesn't hit anything. The animation still shoots out, but it doesn't hit any monsters or bosses on the map.

Character name: Maelisi
Character level: 100
Character job: Ranger
World name: Scania
Date and time of the incident: Bug noticed at Dec 7th, 9:35pm EST
