Maple Island Boat

My character (Xurikim) got stuck when I took the boat to leave Maple Island. Did not appear any error message/code after the client crash, I already tried the Nexon and the Desktop Launcher. All my other characters can log in normally, I even create another begginer to test, and happened the same thing.

I did all the requests from the online support, and I can't log in at my character.
I tried the following requests:
.Try to relog the character;
.Repair the installation via Nexon launcher;
.Flush DNS;
.Add Maplestory as firewall exception.

And as I said before, I CAN log in my others characters.

If someone else is getting the same error, please post here.

Try doing a full shutdown and restart of your computer, as explained here: http://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/

Cutscenes getting stuck is a symptom of this: http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/151/memory-dll-corruption , and full restart should fix it.

I'm having the same problem!
I've even recreated the character, but it's still stuck.
I've been stuck for a week now and it's really frustrating.

I have the same problem. It's bugged.
Server: Reboot
