Bowmaster Arrow Platter/Blaster no longer function

Was working fine through third job. I THINK that when I added skill points in to binding shot (which passively increases the damage of blaster) it broke.
I have thoroughly tested that it does NOT work. The animation still works, and the projectiles continue to fire, but never make contact with anything or do damage. A video can be uploaded if needed.
