Trifling Wind does not work against Chaos Horntail, I'm not sure about other bosses but this has been a problem for a while now unless it was fixed and just has come along again. And the problem is not that I forget to turn on the toggle skill

Edit: Trifling Wind does not work against the first 2 heads that are all by themselfs
