Just to be certain: You got Pet Snack, talked to Bartos, and initiated/completed the quest which would reward it? I'm uncertain if it would just suddenly appear.

So you're saying people who did the quest before have to buy another Pet Snack and do it again?
I don't think they even can, since the quest is marked Complete.
The update log shows the fix for this problem 。 but .i still dont have this skill .I completed this quest on December 17, 2016。LOL。

Same here I already completed the quest back in December and I never got it. So when you said to go back and talk to Bartos, well I can't because I already completed the quest.
Guys If you still have an open ticket, be sure to email them back. I had to do that yesterday and a GM had to log into my account then manually add the skill into my skill tab.

Grinding during events with all these drops and only being able to use 1 pet is making it near impossible to do anything due to the lag. If i could loot efficiently (if i could use 3 pets), then i would be cleaning the map fast enough for the lag to not bother me.

did the jump quest a bunch of times... and I don't even have the quest anymore probably from the first time i tried it. come on please fix this I see threads that are over 4 years old with people STILL dealing with this !!
and if you aren't gonna fix this maybe reimburse the people that have been affected???? or give us follow the leader??? PLEASE? btw my pets combined were around $40 total, I THINK I DESERVE TO HAVE THEM ALL OUT TYVM !!!!
