Constantly Behind Schedule

For once, I wish you guys can release a patch smoothly. Every time when there is a patch, you guys are always behind schedule. Over three hours behind schedule for this new patch. Over six hours to apply a patch. Don't you guys test new patches on a secondary server before the patch date? Do you guys at nexon even care for this game anymore?

Patience is a virtue. They care or MS would have been dead years ago. Maybe you should apply to Nexon if you think you can develop patches better?

"We will be performing a scheduled game update on Wednesday, November 20, 2019
    PST (UTC -8): 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM"

Maybe, changing it to 10 AM - 11 PM next time. When you put out a time and you can't deliver, it just makes the company looks unprofessional AF. The server is down for 13 hours for an update. What a joke. Do they have monkeys running the servers.

True the time was inconsistent with their advertisement. With big data like this update, anything could go wrong, they gave us a nice break and we should give them one as well. Reading the patch notes, I understand why the update took as long as it did. Did you see how many fixes they made?

Why should they bother? Someone will complain no matter what they do.

    Case in point, this thread.

As to your "for once" point, you've clearly either missed or willingly ignored the several minor updates and patches that go off without a hitch. The larger the update, the more potential there is for something to go wrong outside of their bounds of expectations.

Well hes not the one getting paid for that job u know. When u apply for a job ure expected to do the job good and without problems cuz its yr job, sure sometimes thing can go wrong i understand that, but its on every single big patch, the maintenances get extended and there are 1 or more unsch maintenances, u can fk up sometimes, but not ALWAYS, cyz that makes the customer to lose faith in the company :(

    ye reading the patch notes
thank you nexoNA so much for testing the update and "working hard" (ctrl c ctrl v + google translate)
Fixed an issue where Hekaton's screen reverse pattern didn't go away.

also nexonNA "smart" less players after each update less complains
