  You hit the monthly limit of 45k.
  Count how much you earned this month if you are in disbelief by clicking on the reward point button top right of the screen in the cash shop and adding up everything in the calculator.

  Yeah same for me, i can't claim the reward points. I guess we capped it out like Rexxar said.

  Images aren't working because you used the wrong link. You want the direct url, the one that ends in a file format. You can get this by right clicking your image and clicking "copy image location" or your browser's equivalent.

  I'm with you too. I'm at 2800 points and a chip in my inventory for 1000 point about to expire. Not a happy thing.
