Accepting this quest gives you the error "There seems to be a problem with the system. I can't move you there. Could you try again later?" I believe only 1 person can do the jump quest at a time. Since some times it let's you in. A big problem with how many people most likely want to do it though.

Are you guys in a party? I had that issue so i left the party i was in and i was able to get in.
