I logged in yesterday to level up. And I found my accout is banned for using third-party software which I never used.

I want to send an e-mail to explain the situation, but I can't find an e-mail address.

I play game through VPN. The speed of net is unstable.

I am an Aran. I guess the skill "Finisher – Storm of Fear" which can suck in all enemies near my role make this mistaken.

Is anyone can tell me the e-mail, thanks.
