I got Wave's Glowstick coupon from Fairy bros when I double click it shoe msg An unknown error has occurred. And nothing happen how fix it, my character is DA.

    More details: I used golden pass several times and finally got 27days. But no matter how many times I double clicked at the"Wave's glowstick Coupon", it kept showing "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later"

    I have been trying for a couple of days, but it keeps me the same error.
    When I double-click the coupon, the system says "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later".
    I cannot exchange the coupon for a weapon skin.

    Was there any update on this? I have the exact same problem and the wand coupon is about to expire.

    We've addressed this bug through our Minor Patch maintenance today morning.
    Please submit a ticket to our Support team if you did not receive a replacement coupon.

    - Fixed an issue where the Wave's Glowstick Coupon from Fairy Bros' Golden Giveaway could not properly be used. Users who have been affected by this issue will receive a compensatory Wave's Glowstick Coupon.
