Enhancing equips not working

I am in the Reboot server and everytime I try to enhance my equips with starforce the option does not even show up when I go to the upgrade equipment window and put an item in it says "This item cannot not be upgraded with scrolls" and I can see that the starforce section is grayed out. I upgraded some gear the day before using this same process and have never had a problem up til now.

    Restart Maple Story, something went wrong and turned off Reboot mode.
