Didn't receive Master of Mesos Chair from event

Bug type: Missing event reward

Brief bug summary: I rode the Goblin Cloud 5 times via the "Meso-Raining Goblin Cloud" NPC on Channel 17 at Nameless Town for a total of 1.5 Billion Mesos. When trying to claim my "Master of Mesos Chair" item after riding the cloud 5 times, neither "Cloudette" nor "Meso-Raining Goblin Cloud" would give me an option to claim the chair.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Ride the Goblin Cloud 5 times by clicking on "Meso-Raining Goblin Cloud"
2) Click on NPCs "Cloudette" and "Meso-Raining Goblin Cloud" after riding 5 times
3) Chair reward option is nowhere to be found from either of the NPCs mentioned above

Character job: Battle Mage

World name: Aurora

    This issue where the Masters of Mesos Chair wasn't granted to those who rode the Meso-Raining Goblin Cloud 5 times has been reported and is being looked into.
