Brief bug summary:
Since v212, I've noticed that when you stand in town and you want to navigate to a map outside town, it points you to the wrong portal. Outside town it seems to function correctly.

More details:
It was bugged in haven, orbis, el nath and henesys

Steps to reproduce:
Stand in town.
Open world map.
Select a map to navigate to.
The arrow will point to the wrong portal.
