Who Am I? Quest unavailable from Dummie.

Hi Guys,

I just finished "Inside Black Haven Again" quest.

The option to talk to Dummie and start "Who Am I?" does not appear.

How can I start this quest?

Is this a glitch in the game or am I missing something here?

The progression for this quest line require you to finish the weekly quest in scrapyard.
According to this https://strategywiki.org/wiki/MapleStory/Towns/Scrapyard, 1 adventure with him per week for a total of 3 weeks.

Not true, you don't have to do it for 3 weeks; you can do each individual quest from One-Eye (he gives you 4 per week, but you can do one at a time to complete the Dummie questline).
