Unable to start game on NexonLauncher or Steam

Hi,
I am having issues trying to open maplestory after downloading. I've tried both NexonLauncher and Steam with no luck. When I launch, I see the nexon security pop up and a windowed ui seems to pop up but disappears right after.
I've also tried all the suggestions here: http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/21466/possible-solutions-maplestory-not-launching#latest.

Does anyone know the fix for this?

I am on Windows 10:
16gb ram
Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
