Are pixel damage skins permanent?

It says 7 day duration. Is that the damage skin itself or a coupon for it? Also are any event damage skins permanent?

    The 7-day duration refers to the coupon. The damage skins themselves are permanent once applied.

    So all the durations are just coupons that are listed?

    Yes. All damage skin no matter which one will be permanent once used.

    Every coupon from the event shop (skins, chairs, rings, cash equips) are time limited, but the actual item is permanent.
