Hello everyone, my problem is that after going through the presentation of Nexon and Wizet it is impossible to enter the game.

    I have the same problem please fix the game to a decent level. It is always glitchy.

    I have the same problem, I cannot enter MapleStory !!

    I do not understand how they do maintenance and create problems in the game,
    I can imagine waiting several days for them to fix this and in the meantime we lose events and other things.

    I have the same problem, it does not allow me to enter or when I arrive at the screen to choose channels it takes me out of the game ...

    Website takes a couple of minutes to load..
    In-game managed to enter my pin but then it disconnected..

    Upon investigation, we found out that there seems to be a connection issue from South America that is preventing players from that region to log in. If you are affected, we would like to recommend you to try contacting your ISP and check if there are connection issues to North America!

    Already checked with internet company and no problem found. Other games with USA servers are working normaly here.

    region in south americ are too working normaly here too , the problem is of urs , nexon launcher
