It has no Coldown, it continues to work after you have left the map and grants 70% of the respawn, IT IS UNFAIR!

    IMHO it is, by far, the single worse item to ever be introduced to GMS.
    Possibly the worst addition in general. If any change is made to Kishin, Fury or Wild Totems, it should also affect Frenzy

    frenzy totem is low enough in quantity that it doesn't affect peoples' gameplay one way or another

    remember there are many other ways of funding your character to boost experience in a dramatic way (e.g. intensely maxed-out gear that lets you kill high level mobs so quickly even at a low level, experience coupons)

    i do think spawn for non-frenzy users should stop being reliant on a class-specific skill, but i don't think frenzy totem being as it is changes anyone else's experience (this would be different if, say, half of all users had a frenzy and half didn't, but that's so far from the case)

    Frenzy Totem doubles the kill per minute on many maps compared to pre-nerf Kishin. The difference will be even bigger now thanks to spawn rate alone but there's also the up-time issue.
    Players with a Frenzy Totem also have access to good gears and EXP coupons so the argument isn't exactly relevent.
    In fact, let me take that back. Frenzy Totems users benefit more from EXP coupons since they can kill three to four times the ammount of monsters before the coupons expire and since those are [to some extent] limited in quantity it means you get more from playing 30 minutes with a Frenzy Totem than 2 hours without one while also using 1/4 the coupons, potions and other limited buffs. It gets exponentially worse during 2x events
    I do not share your opinion that the limited amount of Frenzy Totems mean it's not an issue. Especially then they can sell their service and farm/train at 3-4x the base rates.

    Adding Frenzy to GMS was stupid. It'd be even more stupid to touch Frenzy at this point. People paid hundreds, if not thousands for the chance of getting one, and they would be furious if the item they invested so much to get was rendered worthless.

    Is Frenzy unfair and it shouldn't gave been implemented into GMS? Yes. Would it be smart of Nexon to nerf it? Absolutely not. People paid for frenzy for a specific reason, and it'd be a horrendous business idea for Nexon to nerf it. It sets a precedent for other items to be nerfed as well. What's to stop them from nerfing Lucid's Earrings, Ring of Torment, or Breath of Divinity?

    If Nexon really wants to nerf Frenzy totem, they'll need to buff universal spawn rates too. This way the whales keep their totem and reg players don't have to rely on spawn boosters as much.

    the solution is to make it an untradeable object, free of scissors.

    'Nerf' it by selling more of them. The only problem with frenzy is they turned it into a legacy item.

    frenzy totem doesn't change people without frenzy totem's gameplay though — removing it won't make people who don't currently have one level any faster or train any quicker; frenzy totem is rare enough that it doesn't significantly impact people who do not have one

    I would rather have Kishin and Frenzy removed. Fury is ok since to get it you have to play the game so its more of a bonus. Frenzy on the other hand is way to powerful and unbalanced.

    If they are happy breaking non-KMS content like Gollux they should be fine breaking Frenzy, at least that way the game would change in a positive way.

    The only options are to either 1.) continue the sale of the item or 2.) discontinue the sale of the item so that it becomes a legacy item.

    Yes, it's unfair, but unless you have a time machine those are the only options available. The only work around solutions are to play Reboot or buy service in regular servers since anyone can buy service.

    You can by making them unusable. For example the Twisted Aqua Road scroll will now shows a message when trying to use it, the same could be done for equipment instead. The real reason why they won't do it is because it would anger people, and the least they want now is to cut their population even more.

    I'm fairly certain the frenzy owners would not make a fuss and quit over their frenzy totem being nerfed. Most of these people have also invested far more in other things to quit just like that. By now the frenzy owners have more than made up their investment. And they can absolutely legally modify the item. TOS states that nexon owns your accounts, you dont actually own these items. Nerfing it to be the same spawn rate to kishin and fury is still a good item to have and is what should be done.

    nexon can change items/content legaly as they want there is no law that can stop them unless its (explicit and harmful yada yada you know what i mean)
    if you "buy" NX dosnt mean you own % of the game or items

Virtual currency and points have no “real-world” value but may be exchanged for in-game items. Items from such stores are not purchased by you, but rather are licensed to you under these Terms. REGARDLESS OF THE CONSIDERATION OFFERED OR PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR VIRTUAL CURRENCY, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN THE ITEMS OBTAINED WITH VIRTUAL CURRENCY

    the best option:
    remove kish/wild totems
    make gobal-same spawn for all ( you get to keep frenzy without spawn boost skill )

    the mitigated option is :
    keep frenzy spawn boost but also let it be in drop tabel of end game boss
    also kish and wild totem more accessible and with simular spawn rates to the frenzy

    you cant say thats broken and in same time keep frenzy
    you cant eat the cake and still have it on the table untouched


    but is nexon america $$ so....
