Tengu Strike bug with ropes

Bug Summary:
If Kanna casts Tengu Strike while hanging on a rope, Tengu Strike gets bugged and won't cast again unless she leaves the map.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hang on a rope.
2. Cast Tengu Strike
3. Get off of the rope and try casting Tengu Strike again. It won't cast.

    Found another case where Tengu Strike won't cast:

    If you try to cast it right after you enter a portal (casting it while the map is changing), you can't cast Tengu Strike in the map you moved into.

    Not only with rope ( i tried to make a post but i need approval xD)

    For no reason , you can enter in a new map and can't cast Tengu Strike or sometimes you are in a middle of a boss fight and you can't cast it anymore...

    This issue was added as one of our Known Issue on patch notes.

    [Updated June 10] Kanna's Tengu Strike skill sometimes becomes unresponsive. Changing channels or maps can be used as a temporary workaround.
