Upon accepting 3rd Job Advancement quest and teleporting to Excavation Site, it will not initiate the cut-scene action, which means we do not get to see the NPC Shuang in Excavation Site. Since we have not access to her, Illiums will not be able to advance to 3rd job.
Bug type: Shuang is missing in Relic Excavation Camp
Quest name: The Girl Who Saw the Crystal Gate
Description: Upon reaching level 60, Illium is given the 3rd job advancement quest above, and the choice to teleport to Relic Excavation Camp to talk to Shuang.
Shuang however is no longer in the map since the maintenance.
Brief bug summary:
Shuang cannot be found at the Relic Excavation Camp, so the"The Girl Who Saw the Crystal Gate", which is required for Illiums third job advancement, cannot be completed.
Steps to Reproduce:
After reaching level 60, the lightbulb above the character's head was pressed, and was teleported to the Relic Excavation Camp. Shuang was not at her original location. Note that this Illium was Terra-burned.

Terra burning an Illium after today's update and when I get to my 3rd job advancement I have to talk to an NPC called Shuang at Relic Excavation Camp but she is nowhere to be found.

I have met a bunch of people right outside where Shuang is suppose to show up. Can we get a time frame of when this will be fixed? Maybe a compensation for the Illiums that have to lvl without third job advancement.
please have this fixed this is my burning character, time is ticking.. cash shop items ticking away. would very much like to have this issue fixed up ASAP. I would think by now this issue would have had a fast update and fix
